Q :I know your minimum order is 50 tiles I only need 10 Can I order 5 sets of samples? : 2 sets of free samples And 3 sets costing £2.50 delivery each ? I live in Dorset, don’t think you have a store locally Thank you ????

A :Thank you for your enquiry. We're an online company and work remotely from our warehouses which are located in Hertfordshire and Lincolnshire. Although we don't have a minimum order, the hauliers will refuse to deliver single tiles as these are very likely to get damaged. If it's just 10 tiles you're after, we will be able to send these out on a pallet. With samples, you can order as many as you wish. Please note that our samples come in 10x10 pieces. Two are always free of charge, and however many you select after that will be £2.50 per sample.

Q :Good morning. If I'm ordering samples and tiles comes in different sizes, what will size will I be receiving?

A :Thank you for your enquiry and interest in our products. We provide two 100 x 100mm samples free of charge, delivered by Royal Mail, more than 2 samples will incur a £2.50 postage charge per any additional samples. Please be advised that tile samples may differ slightly to the actual stone that may be received within an order, this is especially the case for natural stone products. Samples are sent as a direct representation of the finish, i.e honed/matt or polished finish, an edge representation, i.e chipped, tumbled, straight cut, or a guide for the structure of the stones, i.e filled and honed, unfilled etc. although in general, samples will be a good guide to the colour and tone of stones, samples should not be viewed as an exact colour or tone representation of the actual colours and shades that might be received within orders, this is due to the natural characteristics and variation of natural stones.

Q :Hi, I need 1 box of 100x100. It won't allow me to add to basket. Are you out of stock? If so then when will you be getting more?

A :Good afternoon, thank you for your enquiry. Yes unfortunately it is not possible to place orders for out-of-stock items. On our website, there is an option for an ETA enquiry when you try to put your out-of-stock item into your basket. Please kindly send that through to us and we can liaise with our purchasing team. Q :The 100mm x 100mm x 10mm. I need exactly 15 of these. In a question above from MALMESBURY, you state you can enter the amount of tiles required in the "box titled tile" ...I can't see any box titled Tile? Please advise how I order correctly. Thank you!

A :Hello and thank you for your enquiry. The website provides you with two options for ordering this product. By M2 or by quantity. Additionally, whatever you enter will give you the requested amount in both sections. However, this product only is available in boxes of 50 therefore we unfortunately can not process an order for this item for only 15 tiles. We hope this was helpful.

A :Hello, Thank you for your question, this tile can be purchased by the tile simply by entering the quantity in the box labelled tile or if you know the square meters you can enter that quantity into the relevant box. the website will ask for your postcode to calculate the shipping which is calculated on your area and the space your order takes on the lorry, it may be more cost effective for you to arrange a collection, this item can be collected from our Lincolnshire warehouse. Q :Hi, I am hoping to use these lovely tiles in en-suite. Do they need treatment if being used within a shower to make sure they're waterproof. Also, do you offer 'honed and filled' in the 100mm x 100mm size or only these tumbles ones? Many thanks, Kelly

A :Hello, Thank you for your question. These are natural stone which is a porous material and we do not supply anything to make them waterproof, however we do recommend sealing the stone to help prevent against staining. Tumbled unfilled tiles mean that debris and water can sit in the pockets if not cleaned out and water sitting in the open pockets can lead to mould growth, unfortunately we do not have the honed and filled tile in the 100 x100. Q :Hello are these suitable for outdoor use on the wall rather than on the floor? Is the reason you recommend thicker tiles for outdoors because they will be used on the floor?

A :Hello Hollie Thank you for your interest in our product. Yes that will be the main reason for recommending thicker tiles as they will bear weight however, the other reason will be the exposure to the elements and frost during the winter months therefore not all indoor tiles are suitable for any outdoor application even if it is wall mounting. These tiles however are suitable for wall external mounting, please seek more professional installation guidance from a professional tiler. We hope this is helpful.

Q :Can these be used outdoors? Wanting to lay them in a porch that will be covered but open at the front.

A :Hello Rachel These tiles are not classed as outdoor tiles as they are 10 mm tiles, the recommended thickness of tiles for outdoor use is 30 mm however, if installed correctly, some customers also use 20 mm tiles. Hope this is helpful.

Q :We have a small shower room and want to do 3 walls and the floor in tumbled marble 100 x 100. Floor is 2m x 1.2m One wall is 2.2m x 2m second wall is 1.5m x 2m third wall is 0.8m x 2m How many boxes would we need and what is the cost? Delivery charges to North london as well?

A :Hello Ms Chiazzari Thank you for your interest in our product, your total area works out to be 11.4 m2 customers are advised to add around 10% to their area calculations for cut and corners and possible damages during installations, this would work out to be 12.54m2. This item although comes in boxes , still is sold per square meters on our website , all you need to do is input the square meters in your basket, it will then be rounded to the next full box. The shipping cost are applied according to the zone so at this point when you input your postcode where requested, you will see your full cost of order prior to any payment being made. A :Good afternoon, Thank you for your question. The classic travertine tumbled and unfilled can be used for underfloor heating, we wouldnt recommend the classic travertine filled and honed for underfloor heating due to the fillers popping out later.
