Happily collected from warehouse, inspected the items on site

A bit surprised the collection option is not available on their website, they operate from 2 warehouses in the country, and this may be the reason. Lucky for us, one of the warehouses is very close to us so we collected our tiles. Happy with the mosaics and the collection service was very swift on the day.

Delivery delay but love the tiles

I answered their web questions as requested later to find out one of my answers delayed my order dispatch. Reason given was they want to avoid failed deliveries which may cost us more. Understandable I guess but most companies deliver to gravel with no issues. The mosaics however are a very good quality.

Q :Hi, I have some questions about Three Coloured Travertine Mosaic - Tumbled. Is the price listed per m2? What is the price per a single 305 x 305 sheet? What should I put under quantity: total number of sheets or m2? And finally if I order today, when can I expect a delivery? Thank you in advance. Barbara

A :Hi Barbara, all our pricing for tiles are per m2 you will receive a box of 11 sheets (just over 1m2) as a minimum order, this works out at around £3.16 per sheet of mosaics. The orders are placed per m2. Our web system is a live system therefore if an item can be put into your basket it means we can deliver the item within 3-4 working days for standard delivery and next working day (proving the order is paced before 12:00 midday Mon-Fri) Hope this is helpful.
