Our 2nd purchase, we will order again

We bought the pattern for our garden as we already had the pattern installed throughout the kitchen, it has a seamless transition now, I wish we could upload a photo. Very well designed and a very high quality Travertine.

Overall happy but had to deal with a few damaged tiles

Happy with our order but there were a few tiles damaged, we had reported it to the delivery guy so replacements were sent straight away. Our recommendation is to check for damages when the lorry is at your address. Otherwise, the tiles are of a high grade and overall service was pleasing.

Q :Hi, Q1: if these tiles are being laid outside can they be laid on cement/sand mix? Q2: If they are being laid outside do they need to be sealed? Q3: If they are being laid outside can they be grouted with a cement / sand mix? Q4: If they are being laid outside can they be laid rough side up with the glazed side underneath?

A :Hi Christopher A1: Yes they can be laid on cement /sand mix A2: we do recommend them to be sealed as this will help preserve their natural look for longer however, being exposed to the elements, unless they are regularly cleaned and re-sealed, they will still evolve over their lifetime A3: yes they can be grouted with cement mix A4: they are designed to have the good side showing a better appearance of this natural stone tile range and the underside can be affected by the machinery that manufactures and processes these stones and therefore can have unnatural scratches and groves however, you can still lay them in any orientation without the tile itself being affected by it. A :Hi Alessandra, these tiles are specifically designed to be used as paving tiles for external use however, though they may be suitable to be used as steps if installed correctly, they are not designed in any way to be used as coping stones. We hope this is helpful.

A :Hello, We do suggest you seal the tiles before and after grouting, using LTP Mattstone impregnating sealer, the quantity will depend on the square metres you require, our website will help you with the recommended amounts when your items are placed in your basket before you place your order, to give you a rough idea 1 litre of sealer will cover around 8 square metres.
