Spoke to a few members of staff over 2 days and they were all very helpful. Ordered online which was quite simple to do. Laid the tiles down on the first weekend after receiving them. Very good quality and we love the darker tone of this Travertine

Lovely tiles.

I request sample Saturday , received them and I order on Monday for next day. Received the lovely tiles on Tuesday . Great service with fantastic tiles. Quickest I experience so far :)

Q :Where can we see the colours of the grout please

We cannot send out grout samples however, if you email us at sales@travertinetilesuk.com, we can forward you a photo of the grout colors we have from our suppliers. Alternatively, we always recommend looking at your local merchants who should have grout samples for you. We hope this is helpful.

Q :Hi there, do these tiles need to be sealed before installation/use? Also, do these come in a mosaic too? I see the tumbled mosaic, but not honed & filled.

A :Hello, Thank you for your question. Yes, we kindly recommend all natural stones to be sealed before and after grouting, in regards to the Mosaics these only come in the Noce tumbled. Many thanks.

Q :Hi can these tiles be used with underfloor heating? If not can any of the travertine tiles be used with underfloor heating? Thanks Mike

A :Thank you very much for your message and interests in our products. Customers have bought Travertine tiles in the past from us many times for underfloor heating, what we advise to them is if installed correctly then you can use it for underfloor heating. This is something your professional tiler will advise on, such as laying a membrane between the tiles and the underfloor heating. In time, the filler from the tiles may come out, but there are ways to maintain this by refilling the tiles with a filler which you can buy.
