Happy with the product and service

Extremely pleased with the service and product however, we had a bit of an issue with delivery, we do live in a narrow lane but never had problems before.

Q :Are these tile pieces already sealed? Do they need sealing?

A :Hello, thank you for your question. Our tiles do not come already sealed, so we would recommend sealing the tiles twice during installation. We would usually recommend doing this before and after grouting. We hope this helps.

Q :Do these come with a mesh backing as I will need to cut some individual ones out as one of my walls is just over 30cm wide so I will have gaps if I use these as they are jagged.
