Good service and fantastic tiles for our newly constructed conservatory area.5 1
We had our black tiles from their Brazilian range previously with no hassles, this was also a positive experience, we find the grey tiles work best for the hallway which helps add a bit more brightness to this area.5 1

Q :Hi, are these suitable for outdoor patio use? Thanks
A :Hello, thank you for your question. Unfortunately, these would not be suitable for use outside due to the thickness of the tiles. For use outside, we recommend 20mm or thicker so the tiles can withstand frost and other harsh weather conditions. We hope this helps.

Q :Thank you for previous answer. Would this tile need to be sealed with a tile sealing product? I have seen the travertine slate sealer available from you store but it says ‘not suitable for wet areas’. Why is that?
A :Hello, We do recommend all-natural stone be sealed before and after grouting. I believe the sealer you are referring to is the satin sealer which is a semi-gloss sealer to leave a sheen on the natural tile/slate this would be extremely slippery in a shower area. We would recommend the LTP Mattstone Impregnating Tile Sealer for a shower area. I hope this has been helpful.

Q :Is this slate tile suitable to lay in tiled shower trays?
A :Hi, Thank you for your question. It is suitable for bathroom installations, with any tiles used for the shower area, we recommend the use of a waterproof membrane, if installed correctly these tiles are ok to use for the shower area.
