Good product and service, some damages

Though we are very happy with the product and staff, we did receive a few damaged boxes on our order, they managed to send us replacements as we highlighted the damages to the driver when being delivered.

Q :Hello, I was thinking to use this as a feature wall jn my kitchen/diner. Since the cladding this made with natural stones I wanted to ask if they need any sealant and would it discolour with time.

A :Hello Aliyah, Thank you for your question. Yes all our natural stone need to be sealed on installation and then periodically thereafter, the sealer will not alter the colour of the tiles it is just a protection layer against staining. We hope this has been helpful.

Q :What do you do on the external corners? Are there pre cast external corners you can buy? As i imagine a trim wouldnt work well because of the variety in tile thickness

A :Hello, Thank you for your question. Unfortunely we dont supply any corner tiles, the claddings will need to be cut in order to fit around the corners, please kindly consult a tiler for advice on cutting and instalation. Many thanks.
