Q :Is this tile ok with underfloor heating?

A :This product is suitable for underfloor heating as long as it is installed correctly and the heating is brought up to temperature gradually after the tiles have been installed.

Q :Hi, I have received my Bottichino Marble delivery today. Do I need to coat the back, front and all sides with impregnating sealer, or just the front face? Many thanks.

A :Thank you for your order. We recommend sealing before and after grouting. There is no right or wrong answer. Some customers like to seal their tiles thoroughly using non-white adhesives, however, if using white adhesives then just sealing the top surface usually is sufficient protection.

A :Hello Eileen Unfortunately we do not have grey travertine in that size in our listings, only silver travertine we do have comes in the 406 x 610 mm size. Sorry we can not be of much help on this occasion.
