We will look here first for our next order

We recently ordered these tiles and the telesales staff member was extremely helpful with no pressure to buy and gave us the space to take our time over the decision on these tiles. Just a small thing regarding delivery as we were promised a call before they arrived but the driver failed to call us.

We were a bit surprised with the actual size of the larger tiles when we received them as we imagined them to be slightly smaller, not their fault, they do list the sizes :D Extremely happy with the quality and friendly, helpful service we received from the sales team and the driver.

Q :Hi do the tiles come on sheets in herringbone style or just loose individual tiles?

A :Hello, the 150 x 610 size has been discontinued, we have is in the 100 x 305mm and they come in a box of 30. We hope this has been helpful.

Q :Hi, are this suitable to be used in a shower area and if so do then need any sealers.

A :Hi, This tile is suitable for bathrooms, however, care should be taken if installing for the floor, all tiles are slippery when wet, it is never advisable for polished floor tiles to be used in a shower area. All natural tiles require sealing before use regardless of them being a matt or a polish finish. I hope this has been helpful.
