How do I order?
It is quite simple. You can order either online or over the phone. For online orders, you need to have a Google Account, which is used anywhere and everywhere on the web. Google Checkout uses industry standard security checks and 100% secure. We never get to see your card details and no charges will be made to your card without your knowledge. Also, after you have placed your order, you can cancel it within 15 minutes if you are not happy with anything. If you prefer, you can also ring our office for payment, your order will be processed instantly and you will receive an order confirmation within 15 minutes.


How do I pay?
Google Checkout accepts Mastercard, Visa and Solo only. In our office, other major credit cards are accepted except American Express. We do accept bank transfers and cheque payments, too. Please note that for security reasons we only ship to registered addresses of your card. If you need delivery to somewhere else, you can register that address by asking your credit card provider or you could pay via bank transfers or cheques (5 working days clearance time).


How do you deliver?
We use a courier, a haulier or the Royal Mail depending on the size and weight of the items that will be delivered. Delivery prices are calculated if you add something to your cart provided the delivery region or postcode is entered. For more information, please see delivery information page.


Can I collect my order?
Unfortunately due to the way our operations are set up, collections from any of our warehouses are not available at present. If you run short and need to top up your order, please let us know and we will try to offer discounted delivery rates.


Can I return?
You can return any items or your whole order within 7 working days as long as they are in resaleable/original condition (see terms & conditions). Refunds will be done with the same way the payment was received. You can use our haulier to return the order. Collection charges are the same as delivery charges. Please note that unsuitable packaging might result in damages and the cost of damaged items might be deducted from your refund. In the event of a collection request, our office will advise you of the way the return items need to be packed. We always recommend our customers take pictures of the condition of the tiles and the pallet before collection and send these pictures to us so that we can see if the return items are packed suitably.
